Abstract
The aim of the present study is to examine the attitudes of primary teachers when it comes to the crucial issue of bullying behaviours in the school context. According to the literature and existing research, the most successful anti-bullying programs are the ones focusing on the attitude change of the teachers since they play an important role in creating a positive school climate and are the ones most likely to handle a bullying incident. At the same time, it explores the characteristics that are most likely to influence the ability of the teachers to have a positive attittude/intervention.
