System administration is a complex field to manage and maintain. The system requires knowledge of operating systems and applications, as well as hardware and software troubleshooting. The state of the system is being monitored and important information is logged. Measured data is used to analyze the performance and to find out if the system meets the requirements. Among their selective tools, there is no one specifically made for analyze and report writing purpose. This master thesis designs and develops an analysis framework for performance data. It offers some visualization and statistical techniques through a graphical interface, in order to help the user through analysis and report writing. This approach is trying to demonstrate abilities from other graph and statistical tools done in a simpler way, and is considered a useful contribution for system administrators.eng
