| nob |

The article presents and discusses results from a qualitative study of four teachers’ experiences of disruptive behavior in classrooms. The article highlights how disruptive behavior can affect teachers emotionally and how they may experience sharing their own emotional reactions with colleagues. To having a positive experience of their reactions to disruptive behavior and receiving support from colleagues. The findings are analyzed in light of the tradition of mentalization, focusing on emotions and transparency. | eng |
