dc.description.abstractA convenient of synthesizing pure threo-1-oxiranylethanol is described. Its microwave spectrum has been investigated at the 6-31G* level. The NMR spectrum has been studied extensively for comparison of the conformations in the gas-phase with those found in CDCl3 solution.
