Pant i deler og tilbehør til luftfartøy

Abstract

Kjernen i avhandlingen er luftfartøyet som et panteobjekt. Hovedformålet er å undersøke dagens situasjon når det kommer til pant i deler og tilbehør av luftfartøy, og hvordan dette er regulert i norsk rett og i Cape Town-konvensjonen.

The core of the thesis is the aircraft as a collateral. Its main purpose is to examine the current situation when it comes to security in parts and accessories in aircrafts, and how this is regulated by Norwegian law and in Cape Town Convention.
