This research project endeavors to determine the primary drivers which affect the variation of EV adoption between the 422 municipalities in Norway. It then utilizes panel data regression with fixed effects and robust error terms to quantify this variation and estimate the impact of each of these drivers. It was found that the number of charging stations, levels of higher education, green culture of a municipality and votes for environmentally conscious political parties were all positively and significantly correlated with the adoption of EV's. These findings will help the municipalities of Norway in their estimates on investment to promote EV's and can be loosely applied to other countries.eng
