| dc.description.abstract | Vi ha i denne oppgaven brukt 30 prefabrikerte halvsylindriske titanimplantater. Alle ble inkubert med kalveserum før forsøket begynte. 10 ble brukt til en kontrollgruppe mens 20 ble renset, 10 med titanbørste og 10 med titancyrette. Samtlige implantater ble så analysert i spektroskopi (FTIR). På de tyve rensede ble også resterene proteinmengde etter rensing undersøkt ved hjelp av proteinassay og ELISA.

| dc.description.abstract | We have in this project used 30 prefabricated halfsylinder titanimplants. All implants were incubated in focal calf serum before the project started. 10 implants were used in a controlgroup and 20 implants were rinsed, 10 with titaniumcyrette and 10 with titaniumbrush. All implants were then analysed in spectroscopy (FTIR). We also measured the amount of protein on the 20 implants that were rinsed. This was done with proteinasssay and ELISA.
The results were finally analysed with statistics. | eng |
