Abstract
Not only the Church went through a Reformation in Denmark in the 1530s. The changes in the understanding of Christianity also affected the juridical system. This thesis seeks to clarify the bonds between church and jurisprudence, and claims that Bibel and Church both affected the development of the criminal law of the lutheran Denmark.
