Almenkringkasting i hypertekst

Abstract

I denne oppgaven er NRK P2s musikkredaksjon blitt undersøkt gjennom informantintervjuer for å finne medarbeidernes syn på almenkringkasting og formidling av klassisk musikk. Resultatene av undersøkelsen er så tatt i bruk i utformingen av en eksperimentell hypertekst på World Wide Web. Denne hyperteksten har som formål å formidle klassisk musikk på samme måte som P2 gjør, men i et nytt medium og med hensyn til dette mediets særpreg. Undersøkelsen har gitt kunnskaper om hva programskaperne oppfatter som formålet med P2s musikkformidling, om hvordan valg av musikk og utforming av forklarende kommentarer foregår, og om forskjeller og likheter mellom retorikk i radio og hypertekst.

In this survey, the Music Department of NRK Radio's Programme 2 has been investigated through open informant interviews. The aim has been to find the journalists' views on Public Service radio and the role of classical music therein. The results of this investigation have been utilised in the construction of a hypertext on the World Wide Web, aiming to present classical music in the style of P2 in a new medium. The survey has given insights into the programme makers' views of the purpose of the dissemination of classical music through radio, and insights into how music is chosen and comments are made, as well as a comparison of the rhetorics of radio and hypertext.
