| dc.description.abstract | The thesis examines Norwegian jurisdiction in the Barents Sea and especially deals with the disputed area due to the Norwegian Russian dispute of delimitation of their EEZ's. Furthermore the thesis examines International and Norwegian legislation that applies to vessel-source pollution.
