| dc.description.abstract | This thesis makes use of actor-network theory and the concepts of framing, program/anti-program and good & bad passages in order to test their potential in studying the documents of road planning projects. The case of planned changes to a road system at Økern in Oslo is the subject of the study. The empirical material consists of planning documents, public interventions and answers to these.
