The fact is that our orientation towards any phenomenon in our socio-cultural reality is an end-product of our knowledge about that phenomenon. Taking this into account and by applying it to the formation of attitudes within a multicultural context, it comes to light that our attitudes about any phenomenon, including multicultural togetherness, is also a result of our knowledge and thereby orientation about such a context of life. Contact, which affects the promotion of knowledge and integration of a multicultural coexistence, both of which induce the promotion of certain competencies within such a context, has become titled and defined as a theoretical concept Through such an approach to such an attitude formation, I have tried to develop this perspective by regarding interactions on two levels: individual and societal. Regarding the familiarity , which is embodied in any system of knowledge-based interaction, and known outcome of the process of interaction, it reveals that the acquisition of such an enlightenment is more feasible and facile on an individual level than the same level of development in a macro perspective, namely the social level. This is because of the large size of the contact arena, which requires more energy and cognitive capital than the micro level, namely individual level, or individual within group level. In such an extended scope of relationship, namely social level, there is no possibility of knowing about each others level of competence, capability, ability and opinion. This might attitudinally lead to instances of prejudice, xenophobia, discrimination and perhaps even social exclusion, which are not compatible with an aptitude knowledge and attitude thereon within such a context. Thus within such an extended scope of relationship, the wealth of knowledge possessed by an individual, but also the presented information to the society, will play a significant role in the formation of attitudes. Taking this into account, the conjecture is that the effect of such a presentation of information is not the same among the population of society. This can be applied to the variety of knowledge, being democratic values and individual horizon by social members and the by-product of knowledge, namely formation of attitudes. The point of departure through this perspective is multiculturalism, and its policy in dealing with diversity and plurality of cultures being United in an integrative manner and meaning. Applying the variety of knowledge among the population to the formation and development of attitudes towards such a context, it is being asserted that people with well-prepared ballast will tend to have a better (knowledge-based, aptitude, justifiable, positive and responsive) mode and manner of contact with such a context of diversity than vice versa. Taking this in account, the reality is that the multicultural togetherness is a composed context of several cultures, and by definition each and every culture is a wealth of knowledge in itself, so, conclusively the multicultural state of being is a multifaceted wealth of knowledge, each culture being a certain wealth of knowledge. Through such an approach, a reasonable deduction has been attempted to be traced in relationship between individual wealth of knowledge and the state of multicultural. Not only was a positive correlation between the individual and contextual wealth of knowledge, assumed, but from another angle of approach, it also became highlighted sociologically; that in a state of factuality, a member of a multicultural society will have an inclination towards the multicultural context of togetherness, since, individual is a by-product of the society where he or she continues to live. So, one can conclusively state that any trend of development in the establishment of contact arenas will cause the state of integration and knowledge to flourish, both of which will also produce certain competencies, but also better spread of social justice and development of democracy which is the basis for consonance.nor
