Public Web Portal for searching available COVID-19 beds

Abstract

This research explored the implementation and usefulness of the design principles, a JS library, and a proposed framework for the creation of a web portal from scratch. The web application was developed specifically for searching available Covid-19 beds within the Punjab state of India. The research methods were carefully selected considering the extraordinary situation in relation to COVID-19. Web design and development entails several aspects of web engineering and multimedia applications. To complete the task in a well-planned and methodical way, it is necessary to adhere to an effective process model. Thus, a systematic and methodical approach was followed during the development of the web application.
